Artificial intelligence pioneer Anthropic has announced the major expansion of its specialized productivity ecosystem, Claude Cowork, across both web and mobile platforms.
The platform expansion is specifically engineered to allow enterprise teams and remote professionals to access cohesive, AI-powered work sessions seamlessly across multiple active hardware devices. Previously restricted strictly to standalone desktop clients, the cross-device deployment marks a critical development in fluid, distributed project execution.

According to Anthropic's technical release, beta entry is scheduled to roll out dynamically over the next several weeks, prioritizing Tier-1 Max plan subscribers. System metrics compiled by the firm indicate that over 90% of current Claude Cowork computational usage involves non-development operations, with standard business management and corporate content production representing roughly half of all recorded tenant activities.
The structural layout of the web and mobile version upgrades natively enables enterprise end-users to initiate heavy multi-agent workflows on one terminal and effortlessly pick up where they left off via mobile viewports.
"Scheduled tasks now run without requiring a device to remain online, and users receive notifications on their phones when Claude requires input on decisions," Anthropic developers noted regarding the infrastructure updates.
While mobile and web frameworks now support persistent task automation without demanding dedicated active browser sessions, the baseline desktop edition retains exclusive access to secure local directories and direct browser sandbox integrations.
To incentivize immediate cross-platform adoption among modern remote workforces, Anthropic is doubling standard Cowork utilization boundaries through August 5. The updated interfaces are immediately accessible via standard web addresses and official iOS and Android native application directories.
