Samsung's major Android 17-based software rollout, One UI 9, is entering its final testing stages across multiple flagship devices following the official release of the Galaxy Z Fold 8 series on July 22.
Early evidence points to an imminent public beta launch for last year's foldables, the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7, after Samsung briefly published dedicated beta forum sections on its India Community platform.
Concurrently, Samsung confirmed a one-week delay for the fifth public beta build of the Galaxy S26 series to conduct additional stability and quality checks.
